Volando — Shop Policies

Volando is a trading name of Alex John, a sole trader based at 3 Hollyrood Avenue, Southampton, SO17 1SH.

Returns & cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason — just email us at achapman@volandoapparel.co.uk with your order number. You then have 14 days to send the item back, unworn and with tags attached. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Once we receive it, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.

Faulty items: 

If your cap arrives faulty, email us with photos and your order number — we'll cover return postage and send a replacement or refund.

Your data: We collect your name, address, and email to process your order and, if you opt in, to send drop updates. Payment is handled securely by Shopify — we never see or store your card details. We don't sell your data. To see, correct, or delete what we hold on you, email achapman@volandoapparel.co.uk.
